Affirmations can help to shift your Impatiens state. In case you never heard of “affirmations” before or that you don’t know how to use them, here is a brief explanation.
Everything we think and everything we say is an affirmation. Therefore, self awareness is a critical part of any new affirmation practice. Above all, keep your affirmations simple and say them often. For instance, using the affirmation “All is well” will help to shift your thinking. Simply repeat “All is well”, every time you feel yourself doubting the possibility of positive changes coming into your life.
When you first begin using affirmations, you may feel uncomfortable and awkward. Your mind will try to tell you that saying these simple phrases can’t support true life-long changes. Resist the temptation to give up before you experience the shifts in consciousness that will change your life. Keep your affirmations to yourself. Many people are skeptical about the power of affirmations for reasons that have nothing to do with you. Don’t allow their limiting beliefs to overshadow your efforts to create change in your life.
If you are willing to give it a try, I am sharing four affirmations to shift your Impatiens state. Saying your affirmations once a day will take a long time for them to work out. Repeat your affirmations as many times as possible during your day. Let’s begin!😃
